So interesting. About 1/3 into the book, I began thinking about a meeting I am due to conduct, and flipped the agenda completely around; to change my focus from telling staff what I wanted to accomplish, to ask what our customers were thinking and what they expected from us. My belief is that this will be a whole lot more interesting and productive, and it will change the way staff approaches solving a problem.
