If there was ever a time for a book to be relevant today, it is this one. Both Hugh and Nina understand the value of employee advocacy and the strategies necessary to build and sustain this. In particular, the ability to align internal teams on the brand vision and mission is critical, especially in an environment where the customer voice is stronger than ever before.
